I called Astro Auto Glass for a quote on my car windshield replacement.
The lady asked how I had heard about them, when I mentioned that I had a “Amazon Coupon” she stated in a rather hostile tone that “that’s geared for insurance deductibles” even though I mentioned that it clearly stated “$100 to spend on windshield replacement or insurance deductible” she then quoted me a price that was much more expensive than everybody else in town, even safe-lite!
I believe that the cost was “adjusted” to compensate for the coupon.
If this is the way this they choose to do business, I will not be using this company!
